Dr. Sean Miner Chiropractic Doctor
Dr. Sean is a 4th generation chiropractor, and a graduate from Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay Area. For most of his career, He practiced in the states of California and Oregon, U.S. After working for a few years with my father, grandfather and brother (all chiropractors) He settled in the state of Oregon and started his own clinic. Over the last few years he split his time between the U.S. and Paris, France. It has been fascinating working with people from many nationalities.
In his career, He have been fortunate to care for a wide range of individuals, from kids to high level professional athletes. One thing is always the same, people like to feel better quickly and have long term stability. It actually took me some time to realize how effective chiropractic care can be. Having grown up in a chiropractic family, being treated by his father and grandfather, He just assumed they were “normal”…rarely getting sick, performing well in activities and recovering from injuries quickly.
He have realized over time, that implementing healthy strategies first, including chiropractic care, will help people steer clear of some of the unintended traps medicine can have and will undoubtedly lead to a more fulfilling life. Going to the chiropractor should almost always be the first thing a patient tries instead of coming when all else has failed.

A Chiropractor is an expert in the field of alternative spinal healthcare and has extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system.
Chiropractors make use of manual therapies like manipulation and adjustment of the spine, the soft tissues and other body joints to cure your ailments. In addition to the therapies, the treatment procedure also includes lifestyle and health counseling along with some exercises to benefit your musculoskeletal system.
Chiropractors are of two types – straight chiropractors and mixer chiropractors. Often believed as two professions clubbed into one, the ‘straight’ chiropractors firmly adhere to the ancient metaphysical philosophies and principles which state that the vertebral subluxation creates interference in the functioning of innate intelligence through the nervous system and is the primary cause of several diseases. These chiropractors mainly concentrate on correcting vertebral subluxation through spinal column adjustment and do not use any other forms of therapy. The ‘mixer’ chiropractors are more liberal and they mix medical, osteopathic and chiropractic therapies to provide cure to different kinds of ailments. The mixer chiropractors believe that vertebral subluxation is just one of the causes of diseases and they include several mainstream medical practices and techniques like massage, exercise, moist heat, and ice packs along with conventional physical therapies like acupuncture, homeopathy, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies and biofeedback in their treatment. With a broader outlook and patient oriented treatment procedures closer to the mainstream, Chiropractor Regina provides you holistic care and treatment.
A health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. Those that use chiropractic care regularly recommend it highly for a variety of reasons.
Chiropractic is one of the safest therapies available if you are suffering from any neuromusculoskeletal issues such as back, neck, joint, or head pain.
Chiropractic is done on an outpatient basis and has easy recovery, often less than 24 hours of minimal soreness. Consider this in comparison to the recovery of surgery.
After any surgical procedure, the body needs time to repair tissues damaged during the surgery so that the body can return to normal. Surgical recovery is a process that can take time, often long periods of time requiring medication and bed rest. In fact, pushing yourself too hard after surgery will cause setbacks and make your recovery time longer.
Chiropractic, on the other hand, has limited recovery time. At most, chiropractic patients may feel some mild soreness in the area of the manipulation. This soreness is typically gone in a matter of hours, not days or weeks as with surgery.
Additionally, surgical patients that are older, out of shape, overweight, or generally in poor health will take far longer to heal and be ready for every day life. Although different factors will dictate how quickly you are pain free, the ability to resume your lifestyle happens quickly with most patients, often with as little as one manipulation.
